Through detailed coordination between subcontractors, equipment suppliers/installers, the proprietary finishes/systems, PHI Construction, and the architect, the job was finished on time and under budget.

Project Details:
- Pre-Engineered Steel Building joined with high-end finishes required by the Ford Land Group.
- Exterior Panel System provided by Kingspan Insulated Panels.
- 4″ King zip roof and horizontally installed 4″ H-Wave panels on walls.
- Extensive Mechanical and Electrical requirements for functions and equipment used in Service Shop.
- Site required a full development of the utility infrastructure, drainage, and large paved areas.
- Due to the bearing capacity of the soil, the building foundation was critical along with the accuracy of the layout to match the Pre Manufactured Steel Building layout.
