PHI Construction, Inc. has been awarded the Fairwinds Spokane Public Spaces Renovation project which starts June 15, 2026.
HYATT REGENCY SANTA CLARA
HYATT REGENCY SANTA CLARA Renovations of first floor public spaces including lobby, bar, restaurant and front desk. Completed model rooms guestroom suites and corridor including full restroom renovations.
RIVERPLACE
RIVERPLACE HOTEL Project includes construction of restaurant (King Tide), new bar, fitness center, guestroom suites, and condos.
PRECISION COUNTERTOPS
PRECISION COUNTERTOPS HQ Project includes ground up construction of new headquarters for Precision Countertops in Wilsonville, OR. Project is a PEMB building with showroom and corporate offices. Facility includes warehouse and production spaces for countertop production.
OMNI SAN DIEGO
OMNI SAN DIEGO Project includes multiple renovations at this hotel in gaslamp district of San Diego. New coffee and wine bar, lobby renovations, seating areas, meeting spaces, corridors, guestroom upgrades, gallery, and restaurant spaces.
OMNI LA MANSION
OMNI LA MANSION Project includes the conversion of existing spaces into new steakhouse restaurant and bar and private dining room. Restaurant opens up to riverwalk with some improvements on patio as well.
