PROLOGIS MEADOWS PHI Construction, Inc teamed up with Perlo Construction on another successful project. PHI provided and erected Two 45,000 S.F. Load out canopies on each side of the concrete tilt building. The canopies have Kingspan wall panels and an internal gutters system. Erection was completed in 14 Weeks.
CURTIS TRAILERS The Curtis Trailers West new building is a 25,000 S.F. Pre Engineered Metal Building with a 3,000 S.F. Mezzanine office. The building will include new offices, conference rooms, bathrooms, lobby, waiting area. Curtis Trailers will now be able to accommodate more recreational vehicles 20,000 S.F. of service area.
